Terms of service

These Terms of Service apply to purchases from MODU MOSAIC at modumosaic.com, operated by 디더블유디. Questions can be sent to support@modumosaic.com.

Products and orders

Product descriptions, included contents, condition notes, prices, availability, shipping charges, and pre-order estimates are shown on the product page or at checkout. Styling images and campaign props are not included unless the product description lists them.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We review payment, availability, pricing, destination, and fulfillment information before accepting an order. If we cancel an order after payment, we will return the amount collected for the cancelled item or order to the original payment method.

Customer information

Customers must provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. Customers may not use the store for unlawful purchases, interference with store operation, or misuse of another person's payment information.

Shipping, returns, and privacy

The shipping, return, and pre-order conditions disclosed before purchase form part of the order. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
